Donn Worby, Chief Financial Officer
Donn Worby has been on the Legacy management team since 1997 as part-owner, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Donn guided the company through its formative years to its distinguished position today in the financial services industry.
Donn is a seasoned CFO with over 30 years experience, most recently serving as CFO of GenuOne Inc., a venture capital-backed provider of online and offline brand protection services and products. During his tenure as GenuOne’s CFO, he led the company through multiple rounds of financing, acquisition of a software development firm, and the ultimate sale of the company. Donn’s prior experiences include positions as CFO of Look, Inc, a global medical device manufacturer, specializing in disposable sutures and instruments and Controller of Exeter Equities, Inc., a diversified group of companies providing management consulting and financial services, real estate management and venture capital investments. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College.
